Introduction

ICTS manages the internal wired telephone traffic on campus. Besides that ICTS tries to provide some interesting offers on mobile phones. Naturally, ICTS provides end-user support for these mobile phones as well.

Below you will find information on the rates of telephone systems. You will also find manuals for the voicemail box and some very commonly used phones.

Telephone directory

The central telephone directory of the University of Twente is no longer issued in printed form. ICTS maintains an electronic version which can be reached by clicking this link.

Changing data

If your phone number or personal details have recently changed it is possible that the data in the telephone directory is not up to date. Generally, your faculty’s, department’s or institute’s secretary's office or personnel assistant is able to resolve this. If this fails, please contact the service desk of PA&O.
