3x faster internet on UT mobile phones

Monday February 6th 2012, the speed of internet subscriptions for mobile telephony will be increased by a factor of 3.
UT staff may use internet on their mobile UT phone at three times the current speed, while the price remains the same.
This increase requires our provider T-Mobile to make some adjustments that will make your data connection become temporarily unavailable on Monday, February 6th.
This interruption is expected to take multiple hours and may take up to 24 hours.
Telephony en text services remain available all day.
Wi-Fi also remains operational, so you may use internet all day Monday wherever Wi-Fi is available. This is e.g. the case at UT, where we make use of the Eduroam Wi-Fi network ... read more
