Manual for logging in with ICT account
Introduction
The ICT account (formerly Radius account) is given to every student and staff member. Upon request, any other person connected to the UT can ask for a third-party account. The ICT account comprises a user name (s number /m number) with corresponding password.
For the following University of Twente applications, you need to log on using the ICT account:

VPN connection |
The ICT account will give you access to the data storage: m, p and u disks. All students and employees can use 5 GB on personal disk space and 500 MB on the e-mailbox.
This manual explains how you log in to the UT web applications (MyCampus). If you want to log in to a PC room, use the manual for the Domain Account.

Signing on
Every student and staff member is given an ICT account.
Upon request, any other person connected to the UT can ask for a third-party account.
The ICT account comprises the user name with corresponding password.
The user name consists of:

Letter s and 7 figures of the enrolment number (for students). |
· |
Letter m and the first 7 figures of the employee number (for staff members). |
· |
Letter d and a number (for third parties) |
The enrolment or employee number are shown or given on the student card or employee card.

Changing your password
You can change your password by selecting “change password” in the Sign On screen (dutch only).
We recommend that you choose a good password.

To change the password, you first of all need to provide the existing password or the password given in your enrolment letter.
Sign off
In the MyCampus portal you have to sign off at the end of the session.
After doing so, the sign off screen will appear.
