Introduction
The service catalogue describes concisely the agreements between the clients and ICTS about the general ICT services ICTS will provide its customers. The service catalogue also describes which specific services the customers can use additionally.
Hyperlinks in the text refer to more detailed information/agreements, manuals, web applications and web forms.
The catalogue can also be used as a reference work because of its modular set up: it has short chapters which can be read separately and independently.
The catalogue describes the situation mid-year 2008. The catalogue will be updated at the end of 2008 / beginning 2009 and altered where necessary. The latest version of the catalogue can be found on the ICTS website.
