Catalogue restriction

ICTS has been founded as of 1 October 2007 by a fusion of 8 faculty and central ICT-groups. It's been decided to firstly introduce the new structure of the organisation and to tackle the aimed uniformity of the work procedures from there. The end users will gradually experience the effects of that on the service in 2008 and 2009.

The shop will stay open during refurbishments. This means that for now in each administrative unit differences remain in elements of the service. In this service catalogue the guidelines are as follows:

For as far as the ICTS can offer a uniform service, the situation described is the 2008 one.

Where the service still needs to be unified, we will indicate the new situation, even though it may not be realised exactly as described by 2008.

Temporary existing local differences in the service are not described in this service catalogue.

ICTS guarantees the end users the level of the ICT service they were used to before restructuring at the least. ICTS is currently forming oral agreements about DVO’s, SLA’s etcetera, up to the moment that new agreements have been made with the concerning clients and that the end users have been fully informed on these agreements.
