Service level agreements

ICTS makes agreements with its clients (CoB, faculties and services) about the information and ICT policies to be implemented. This results in implementation rules, which indicate how ICTS provides a product or service and the scope of such services.

There is continuous communication between ICTS and her clients regarding this policy. Up to now this has resulted in the 2008 service catalogue which can be found at the bottom of this web page. Relevant policy articles will also be posted on this web page.
