Working hours when 60 years or older

If you are 60 years or older, you may extend your lunch break with half an hour or stop working half an hour earlier at the end of the day. This way you are enabled to better bring your work in line with your physical capacities and/or your need for more leisure time.

If you participate in a Senior Staff Scheme, you are not entitled to the 60+ scheme.

It is also possible that you have to work shorter hours for medical reasons. This takes place in consultation with the in-house physician.
