At the University of Twente the working hours in case of full-time employment amount to on average 38 hours per week. The salary is therefore paid out for 38 hours per week. In actual fact in case of full-time employment you work 40 hours per week. This means that you work 2 hours too many per week. You will get back these hours you have worked too many in the form of 96 additional hours leave per year.
