With effect from 1 January the University of Twente has switched to a new salary system, of Randstad HR solutions (PR2). Every effort has been made to ensure a smooth transition.

However, we would like to ask you to take a critical look at your salary specification in order to correct any omissions as quickly as possible. Calculating the gross – net calculation yourself, without any technical salary expertise and knowledge of legislation and regulations in the area of payroll administration, is almost impossible. You can however check your gross salary and any allowances. If you come across substantial differences, you can refer to the salary administration of the personnel department (PA&O), telephone 053-4892288 or salaris@pao.utwente.nl.

The salary specification is divided into several blocks. Below, we will explain the content and meaning of each block in more detail, just click on the read buttons in the pdf. It is possible that not all data are stated on the salary specification. This has to do with your personal situation, for example if you have opted for participating in the employee savings scheme.
