Directorate Human Resources (HR) supports the University of Twente in being an attractive, socially responsible employer. Directorate Human Resources gives advice on personnel matters. Directorate Human Resources focuses on four themes, namely:
competence development; employment conditions policy; transfer and the retention of (young) talent; health and safety, and wellbeing.
