The Group Directorate Personnel department (HR) supports the University of Twente in being an attractive, socially responsible employer. The Personnel department gives advice on personnel matters. The Personnel department focuses on four themes, namely:
competence development; employment conditions policy; transfer and the retention of (young) talent; health and safety, and wellbeing. The Group Directorate Personnel department works closely together with the personnel function within/at the units. No rights can be derived from these HR web pages in the English language.
