Dates 2012 Thursday 11 October (9.30 – 17.00) and Thursday 1 November (9.30 – 13.00) Costs Participation in this workshop is free of charge for UT staff. Group size Minimum of 6 and maximum of 9 participants per group. Supervision The workshop is led by Mieke Verbaarschot, senior trainer and advisor. Preparation and literature After the 1st training day participants will receive a log-on code to the Loopbaanscan (Career scan). Completing this scan takes about 1.5 hours. The outcome will be discussed on the second half-day of the workshop. Other assignments and literature will be handed out during the workshop. This course will only be in Dutch |

You will take stock of the first half of your career and determine whether you will change the course of your career, or continue it. |

Subjects |
We will look into your competences and talents, and into your values and desires as signposts for the future. You will examine what drives you and explore any recurring themes. Are you there where you would like to be? |

Method |
You will use a digital Career Scan that helps you map out your competences, values and your personality type. During the workshop the outcome will be discussed in detail. Via practical assignments your convictions and their impact, your ideals and motives will become clearer. Feedback and interaction with other participants add to create insight. |
