Application form

Result

You will continue your career with (even) more inspiration by linking your career to your personal motives.

Subjects

You obtain insight into what makes you tick; the “connecting thread” in your career. You discover what (apparently) drives you in your work at this stage of your career. You learn more about your sources of energy and how to keep these at the right level.

Method

On the basis of a variety of assignments you will get a clearer picture of your qualities and motives. By working with metaphors, among other things, the sources you are less aware of will be tapped. Feedback and interaction with other participants add to create insight. There is also room (on an individual basis) to translate what you have learned to your work and career.

Duration and time involved

The workshop consists of 1 whole day and 1 half-day.
