Result |
You will have a better picture of your career, improve your control and have more influence on your environment. Your stress will reduce and you will be better able to balance your work and your life. |
Subjects |
You will have a better understanding of your talents, needs and values and which balls your want to keep in the air both professionally and privately. You will be able to distinguish the mechanisms that work for you whilst getting a better picture of your personal criteria for enjoying work and keeping your life in balance. |
Method |
On the basis of a variety of assignments, you will get a clearer picture of your talents and (life) tasks, and how you deal with dilemmas or stress. Feedback and interaction with other participants add to create in-depth insight. The focus during the workshop is on action, alternated with theoretical input. There is also room (on an individual basis) to transfer what you have learned to your work and life. |
