For all PhD-students and Postdocs from UT.

Group size

Minimum 6 and maximum 8 participants.

Trainer

A qualified English language teacher from TCP Language Centre.

Course fee

This course is free of charge for PhD-students and Postdocs who are working at UT. Expenses will however be charged In case of not temporal cancellation.

Result

Provide participants with opportunities to practise the delivery of their PhD presentation or other academic presentations effectively and confidently in English.

Three mornings from 9.00 till 12.00 hrs. plus three hours home work each week.

Admission criteria

You are required to use the digital test Dialang as part of the assessment process for language proficiency. The results are based on the levels from the Common European Framework (CEF).

Please test the parts: reading, vocabulary and structures.
