Dates 2012 / 2013 Personal Intake: 4 or 5 October 2012. Course days: 22 and 23 November, 14 December and 22 February 2013. For het coaching session there will be made an appointment on 18, 25 January or 1 February 2013. Costs No costs are involved in this course. Size of the group Maximum of 12 participants, 6 of whom from the academic staff and 6 from the support staff. Literature A syllabus will be handed out during the course. Application Together with the application form we would like to receive a recommendation letter from your superior in which he or she goes into your growth potential for a managerial position.

Method |
You will work in small groups under the intensive supervision of trainers and actors. The course consists of four course days spread over six months, combined with a personal coaching trajectory. The trajectory starts with an individual strengths - weaknesses analysis: LSI test. |

Duration and time investment |
Personal intake of 1 hour to discuss the leadership style inventory you have to fill in, 4 course days (1x2 days and 2x1 day) and one to three coaching sessions. On the last afternoon we expect your superior to participate in the training. |
