For whom?

The workshop is specially intended for English speaking PhD candidates and Post docs who want to pass from academy tot industry.

(for Dutch speaking PhD candidates and post docs there is a course Loopbaanoriëntatie en sollicitatie)

Wednesday 12, 19 September, Thursday 27 September and 4 October.

Course fee

This course is free of charge for UT-staff.

For participation to all courses you must have permission from your head of department.

Groupsize

Maximum 10 persons.

Trainer

The course will be given by Harry Linders, sr. trainer and consultant.

Result

You have formulated a personal profile and know how to draw up a plan of action to make the next step in your career using your network. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to discus and check your cv and application letter among peers. In the last afternoon you can practice an interview.

Subjects

-	What makes me tick?

-	How do I tend to act?

-	What do I expect from my career?

-	How do I achieve that objective?

-	How can I create and use my network effectively?

Duration

4 meetings from 13.00 till 17.00 hrs. and a possibility to practice an interview in a 5^thor 6th meeting.
