Coaching and professional development
From time to time staff members feel the need for a mentor or coach who helps them increase their awareness or get a better insight into their own ideas and underlying considerations, and their actions and functioning. The University of Twente would like to support and facilitate its staff members and superiors in this process.
Do you need a coach or a mentor who can help you to collect your thoughts? Does a staff member in your team feel the need for specific coaching? Or does the whole team need coaching towards new insights or forms of teamwork?
