Tailor-made ( programmes)
Besides the regular courses, training programmes, workshops and forms of counselling provided in a structured context, there are various possibilities for tailor-made programmes; customised courses for specific groups. The advantage of this is that specific skills, knowledge and/or insights can be taught. The Career Development Centre will be very pleased to support you in any such programmes and processes.
For tailor-made programmes, the manager of the intended group of participants is considered the official client. Examples of such tailor-made programmes that received the support of the Career Development Centre are:

a course on operational management (General and Technical Services Department) |

a training programme on advisory skills for policy assistants (S&C) |
