The department’s teaching and research activities focus on three general topics:

Communication with users of technical products, services and systems (‘user support’) |

The use of technical media (ICT) for communication proposes, e.g. for the communication between organisations and their public, or in health care. |

Organisational communication, in particular the communication skills of professionals in organisations. |
