I’m working on the evaluationstudy “Happiness route” with Gerben Westerhof as my daily tutor en co-promoter, Ernst Bohlmeijer as my promoter and Aad Francissen and Eddy Wezenberg from Arcon. The project is funded by ZonMw. The project “happiness route” is directed to people who live in a social isolation, caused by health problems. In the happiness route, it will be examined what they want with their lives by asking them: What makes you happy (again)? They can spent up to 500€ for an activity they are passionate about. They will be compared to a control group that gets an optimized care-as usual in terms of positive mental health, loneliness, depression and quality of life.
