Expertise
In 2009, Martijn Oude Voshaar graduated from the master track “Evalauation and Assessment in Health and Safety Psychology” at the University of Twente. The aim of his master thesis was to develop psychosocial and demographic profiles of hard-to-reach segments in health communication. His research interests momentarily lie in (modern) psychometrics and the assessment of health outcomes.
Research projects
Since February 2010, Martijn is appointed as a PhD candidate for the department Psychology, Health & Technology at the University of Twente. His research focuses on the development and evaluation of a computerized adaptive test for the assessment of physical function of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This project is carried out in collaboration with the department of Rheumatic and Immunologic Diseases, Medisch Spectrum Twente. Dr. Peter ten Klooster and Dr. Erik Taal are involved in the project as daily supervisors, while Prof. Dr. Mart van de Laar is involved as Promotor.
