My Ph.D. project allows me to do research on professional development, leadership, team-processes, and organizational characteristics. I am part of a team which field of interest is professional development of teachers in vocational education. The first aim in my project is to build a model relating leadership, team and organization to individual professional development, working from a cognitivist perspective. The second aim is to relate various processes underlying professional development. I use an ecological perspective, and the dynamical systems toolbox to descibe interactions at multiple time scales.
