Dear Ladies,

Do you enjoy working at the UT? What is your opinion about the promotion opportunities at your faculty? Have you experienced a “glass ceiling”?

These and other questions are part of the survey administered by the Female Faculty Network Twente (FFNT), a female academic network at the UT. The survey starts today and we invite you to participate in it. Your opinion counts a lot! For the results of a previous survey please check www.utwente.nl/ffnt

This survey has three major goals: (1) to identify the needs for female professional training areas, (2) to understand the practices of different faculties in terms of promoting women careers at different levels, and (3) to identify the areas which need our attention in terms of raising awareness within the UT. The questionnaire is short and will take about 20 minutes of your time. There is also space for your comments and suggestions. The closing date for completing the online questionnaire is Friday, 2^nd March.
