The Atrium is the central spot of the Bastille. It offers space to 400 people and has two bars, a cloakroom, dressing-rooms and first aid space. The atrium has professional light and sound equipment and technicians to ensure that your event takes place as smoothly as possible. There are numerous other possibilities, such as setting up a podium or creating a swinging dance floor.

De Boerderij (The Farm), Architect Pieter Blom’s long-standing creation – which has served as a pleasant location for drinks and parties from the start of our university.

The Theater Café in the Vrijhof has always been an excellent lunch location. At night it has the function of sociable café. During nice weather you can nicely dream off on the terrace, next to the pond with the little tower of Drienerlo. In the sun-lounge it is also very well staying during less nice weather. We thus hope to soon welcome you in the Theatercafé!

The UnionBar offers the perfect setting for a (graduation) drink, but also for birthday parties, club evenings and even weddings! Besides freshly made sandwiches, you can also get various snacks to accompany your drinks, such as olives, cheese and sausages, peanuts and tortilla chips.

The UT-Catering canteens are spread over the several (faculty) buildings on campus. UT-Catering offers warm and cold drinks, lunch dishes (also deluxe sandwiches), cookies and sweets. The canteen is also the place to go to order cakes and pastries, having coffee, tea and lunches delivered, and arranging drinks.

De Torenkamer (the tower-room) in the Bastille excellently lends itself for private drinks, receptions and diners. De Torenkamer has its own bar. It comes highly recommended.
