Description
Sending internal mail from building to building
Explanation
Internal mail is only delivered on campus and to the buildings Capitool and KPMG. Mail to our concern in Friesland and other destinations have to be sent through external mail.
Ordering
For internal mail, you can use the internal mail envelopes, other packaging is also accepted. The envelopes for internal mail are free from the Service Desk in your building. Internal mail has to be delivered to the Service Desk, then they will take care of all further processing. In order to avoid delays we ask you to:

If all address lines are full, use a new envelope; |

Delivery times
Mail is picked up twice a day during the standard mail rounds in your building. Internal mail is also processed twice a day and delivered twice a day to the Service Desk of your building at the start of the next mail round. The Service Desk takes care of sorting the mail into the various mail boxes where you collect your mail.
Costs
Internal mail services and internal mail envelopes are free.
Responsibility
The Central Mailroom is responsible for delivering internal mail to the Service Desk of your building. The Service Desk is responsible for distributing mail into the mail boxes. If you have any questions, contact the Central Mailroom staff, phone 2132 or email Postkamer@fb.utwente.nl.
