All TST PhD project are embedded in the MESA+ Research School, particularly of the Graduate School Nanodevices and Systems. You can either enroll in the Graduate School after your bachelor (6 year program) or apply for a PhD student position after you finalize your master (4 year program). To enroll in the the Graduate School, you can apply here. Possibilities for grants exist. Since as a PhD student you will be employed by the University of Twente, you will need to apply for positions.
