Title: Extending an XQuery Compiler with Full Text Capabilities

Abstract: This talk will present my ongoing work on extending the Pathfinder compiler with fulltext capabilities. The main focus currently is on a smooth integration of score value computation, propagation and manipulation. It will become obvious how extension work can benefit from a concise definition of the input and output algebra used by the compiler.
