Bios has a new molecular printing system

BIOS HAS A NEW MOLECULAR PRINTING SYSTEM

The BIOS/Lab-on-a-Chip Group has invested in a molecular printing system that enables us to print organic materials on surfaces in any desired pattern with volumes down to a few femtoliters. The molecular printing system is currently being used to print peptide nucleic acid probe molecules onto the surface of silicon nanowire biosensors.
