A starting spin-off company of BIOS Lab-on-a-Chip group is awarded to the 1st phase of the STW Valorisation Grant. Staijen starts a spin off company that helps veterinarian and cattle farmers to monitor milk fever by cows. The technology with a microfluidic chip based on capillary electrophoresis can monitor different species in blood. With the granted €25000 is it possible to do a technological and economic feasibility study.
