Scaffolds for Tumor Engineering
Scaffolds for Tumor Engineering
3D scaffolds are a good model to develop tissues in vitro. Yet, so little is known on tissue formation and cell differentiation during regeneration processes. With this project, we aim at generating scaffolds that can be used to culture cancer cell lines in a microfluidic bioreactor. The project will be done in collaboration with the group of lab on a chip (BIOS). Master students will focus on the design of 3D porous scaffolds and cell culture in the microbioreactor developed by the BIOS group.
