Project summary	The subject of this project was the development and introduction of Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms for the Internet. The specific mechanisms to be investigated included integrated services and differentiated services; within this project we have looked at core networks as well as wireless & mobile access networks, which form potential QoS bottlenecks because of their scarce resources. To improve QoS, the project also investigated new approaches to Internet management and Internet accounting.
