International students exchange

The ASNA group has long standing connections with many university groups in Europe (and beyond). Through these contacts student exchanges can taken place that are sponsored by the EU (the so called SOCRATES/ERASMUS programme). In this programme students can do part of their study outside their own university and still get credit for their work at their home university. Usually this considers project work (Master thesis e.g.) but also courses can be followed. Students wishing to explore the possibility to do part of their course or project work at one of the Universities in our network are invited to contact us!

General information on international study possibilities can be obtained from the International Office. This office has more specific information on the SOCRATES/ERASMUS programme for UT students who want to go abroad, as well as foreign students who want to stay at the UT. The general contact person for the Faculty of Computer Science is Jan Schut.

For an overview of the procedure and to get the forms students have to fill in, take a look at the stappenplan (text in Dutch).

Recently the Fachhochschule Technikum Kärnten contacted our university to specifically ask for student exchanges. The following links point to a brochure and an introduction to this Fachhochschule.
