ASNA - Architecture and Services of Network Applications
The chair aims at developing reference architectures and design methods that shorten the telematics systems’ design cycle, and enhance the functionality and quality of the resulting systems. Reference architectures and design methods developed in this chair are specialised, applied and evaluated in selected application domains.
The chair also aims at developing telematics services for networked applications. These services are identified by analysing selected application domains and capturing the needs of the domain stakeholders. Networked applications can share a service infra-structure, comprising pervasive services and providing generic support to a variety of application-specific services. Typically, such infra-structures support composition, deployment and provisioning of services on large- scale networks.
