It is the time for Serious Request 2012, where you can find scientists from the University of Twente in the Serious Science Café in the square in front of the Zuidmolen in Enschede. In the special domed tent, the UT and Saxion Enschede will be doing their best to promote science. Of course, they will be focusing particularly on the theme of infant mortality. All the proceeds will go to Serious Request. There will be a range of demonstrations, workshops and lectures in the Science Café from Wednesday 19 December to Sunday 23 December. On the first day, Prof. Rob Lammertink will be one of the speakers representing the University of Twente. His talk about water at the interface is part of the theme of sustainability.
