Short bio
Tim Post (
Linkedin) acquired his master's degree in Educational Science & Technology (2009) with distinction (cum laude) at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Within the domain of educational psychology, his research concerned the topic of guided questioning as a supportive measure to foster reflection and knowledge construction in inquiry-based learning environments.

During graduation, Tim participated in a European research project called "CoReflect" aiming to support and further develop reflective inquiry learning in science education. He coordinated and supported the participatory design of various inquiry learning environments in close collaboration with researchers, instructional designers, domain experts, in-service and pre-service teachers.

Tim currently works as a part-time researcher at the University of Twente to develop various educational materials to further improve and measure the positive attitudinal change of (gifted) students and in-service teachers toward talent development in Dutch primary schools.

He also founded a company during university college, called Snoozon to internationally teach on the topic of
lucid dreaming (in Dutch: lucide dromen). Lucid dreaming is a scientifically studied state of night dreaming (REM sleep) where the dreamer has attained awareness of the dream while dreaming. A lucid dream enables one to direct the dream experience while dreaming, in order to pursue memorable dream experiences that potentially lead to psychological advantages and improved well-being in everyday life.
