Secretary of the University
The Directorate for General Affairs supports the Secretary of the University. It consists of the departments Management Support, Operational Audit, Innovation Lab, Project Office, Campus Unit and UT News.

H.J. van Keulen LL.M. Erik van Keulen (1958, Enschede) studied Dutch Law at the University of Groningen. Subsequently, he worked in various positions at the Open University between 1983 and 1999, including Deputy Director of Support Services. From 1999 he worked for the province of Overijssel, most recently as head of the resources department. Since January 1, 2010, mr. Van Keulen holds the position of Secretary of the University. |
