VISICO - Center for Visualization and Simulation in Construction

In the next years, the construction industry has to provide socially sound infrastructure for an exponentially growing world population. At the same time, the industry has to deal with environmental issues, in particular, with global warming. We at the VISICO center believe that construction engineers and managers can only deal with these new challenges if they are supported by advanced visualization and simulation (V&S) systems that flexibly support decision making in complex and quickly changing environments.

The VISICO center's mission is to be one of the worldwide driving forces behind the development and dissemination of such visualization and simulation (V&S) systems for the construction industry.
