High Temperature Two Disk Rig

In some tribological applications the environmental temperatures are so high that only very special steels and ceramics can be applied. With the high temperature 2-Disk Machine it is possible to perform friction tests on these materials up to 1400 °C while the wear is measured directly with two laser sensors.
