• You will be responsible for obtaining a leadership and management role within the REVITAPLAN project team.
• You will be expected to actively get involved in ongoing social interactions with the REVITAPLAN industry member companies and case projects.
• You will be responsible for acquiring and applying the necessary technical skills to develop the toolkit and integrate the toolkit in the early planning process of revitalisation projects.
• You will be responsible for documenting and disseminating the project results throughout the project duration.
• You will be expected to publish research results in academic journals.
The aim of this project is to develop a tool kit and accompanying process guidelines for the effective support of the early planning stages of revitalisation projects. Throughout the project we plan to adjust and integrate existing technologies from areas, such as GIS, simulation & visualization, and process & project management, with the processes in early planning stages of industrial area and inner city revitalisation projects. The project is part of the by the EUREGIO funded REVITAPLAN project. The successful candidate is, therefore, responsible to develop toolbox in close collaboration with the projects’ industry partners and planners working on a number of revitalisation projects in the German-Dutch border region. |
