Attentive Personal Systems – Inter-usability and the presentation of feedback

Description of research

To motivate and support people in their daily life to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle and intelligent system will be developed that provides personal relevant and motivating feedback.

In order give appropriate feedback, context data of the (professional) daily life situations need to be accumulated (e.g. at work, at home, on the go and leisure). The valve of feedback in the context should be weighted against the appropriate time and level for users to assimilate information and their ability to take action.

The feedback should be presented on different devices in the different situations. The inter-usability between these devices is an important issue.

The focus of the project is more on factors that support human health, rather than fighting factors that cause diseases.
