Rex is a project manager B-to-G e-Invoicing at the Ministry of Economical Affairs (2008 - currently) and program manager at the joint research program ICT en Overheidsorganisaties of the Dutch Tax Administration and the University of Twente (2007 - currently). He obtained his PhD at the Faculty of Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2008.
