Specialization preference

Within the CreaTe curriculum one quarter of the second year is devoted to specialization.To participate in the second year, CreaTe students will have to choose a domain of focus. This focus can either be

NEW MEDIA or SMART TECHNOLOGY

Students will do the fundamentals of both and in projects there will be ample cross fertilisation.

After registration

After submitting your preferred specialization you will receive an automatically generated email with the information you entered. Please, keep this email for future reference. During preannounced periods*, registration is open to B1 students CreaTe. After the registration period has passed the Examination Board will verify if you meet the requirements. Subsequently you will receive a letter whether or not you are admitted into the second year and the specialization of your choice.

*registration period is announced in the written ‘student progress evaluation’ each student will receive at the end of their first year
