Exams

For the courses that have a written exam, there are two moments during the year for taking this exam. The first is directly after the course and the second time will be a reasonable time later. There are other rules for oral exams, project exams, practical exams, and assignments. There is only one moment each year during which an exam can take place for many projects and assignments. Please look at the EER for exam concepts and rules concerning fraud, exam times and other affairs.

Extra and special examination opportunities

Individual opportunities for examination are exceptions to the rule. This rule can be ignored in most exceptional cases, but only after consulting the study advisor. There is an opportunity to take exams in an adjusted manner for students that have a physical or sensory restriction. The student can hand in a written request at BOZ at the beginning of the study or restriction.

Entering and signing out for exams and exam schedules (Osiris)

In Osiris students can register for an exam. Osiris is a system in which you can sign up for an exam within the UT, but also check your grades or find course information. Students that want to do an exam can sign up during the registration period for that exam. Signing out before the closing date of the registration period is also possible. You need your student number and your password for entering an exam.
