Bureau Educational Affairs

The Office for Educational Affairs (in Dutch: Bureau Onderwijszaken, short BOZ) of the faculty of EEMCS is working for students of the bachelor’ studies Electrical Engineering (EE), Applied Mathematics (AM), Computer Sciences (CS) and Creative Technology (CreaTe). BOZ has, among other things, the job to register all faculty student-study data. These data are the basics for granting scholarships and issues diplomas. It is important that students check if the surveys of their study results are correct.

Part of the flow of information from the study is handled through BOZ. This includes subscription lists for courses, information through Osiris and Blackboard, the adjustments in schedules and part of the information on the CreaTe website. Further on, requests for prolongation of the time for an exam because of dyslexia or other physical inhibitions can be filed at BOZ.
