Jeff is Lecturer and Research Associate. He recently completed his dissertation, entitled "Co-Constructive Consulting; A Pragmatic, Relational Constructionist Approach" Before moving to academia, Jeff spent 13 years in management consulting, doing organizational design, organizational change and business strategy work, across a number of industry sectors, primarily in North America, Japan and Western Europe, and most recently as Senior Manager with IBM Business Consulting Services. |
