Forms S&O (TNW)

All official forms can be found at the site of the Educational Affairs Office (BOZ-TNW), with indication of "BMT" (Bachelor) or "BME" (Master). In the Master, these forms cover application and evaluation forms:

 Starting form for Master's curriculum

 Vrijstellingenformulier (Course exemption form)

 Starting form for Master's assignment

 Application form for Master's exam

 Evaluation form for Master's programme (student or lecturer)

The forms are created in Word. Presume the following steps with the forms:

 Save to your computer, fill in all fields and print

 Arrange signatures as indicated on the form. These could include: yourself, advisory lecturer (in case of course exemptions), chairman of the graduation committee (for Master's assignment and exam)

 Submit as indicated on the form (generally BOZ or secretariaat)
