Winners Startrix project receive €1000

Startrix is a course organized in the second year of the study Advanced Technology. It is a compulsory course in which a group of students write a business plan for an actual and existing product. Besides being an interesting opportunity to get in contact with businesses, the purpose of the course is to promote entrepreneurship under students. This year nine groups participated and competed for the Lionix Award of €1000.

Frederieke van Dixhoorn, Erik Euving, Marissa Frijns, Tamara van der Linden, Daan de Ruiter en Cees Trouwborst received the Lionix Award this year. They won the prize of €1000, which they can spend without restrictions, for their business plan of the company Mundo. This company develops machines to deposit a glass coating on a large scale. Hereby, windows stay clean for a longer time and window cleaner is no longer necessary.
