Numerus fixusIn het academisch jaar 2012 - 2013 zal Creative Technology gelden als een lotingstudie. Er zijn 120 plaatsen beschikbaar voor nieuwe studenten. Bij een inschrijving van meer dan dit, zal er worden geloot.

Expositie studentenprojecten "Art meets Technologie"Donderdag 17 februari stond het SmartXP lab in het teken staan van "Art meets Technology", een spannende expositie van studenten van de AKI, CreaTe en de minor Kunst, Media en Technologie. Het was een gevarieerde expositie met vaste kunstobjecten, multi-media presentaties en interactieve installaties.
Foto's voorlichtingsdagen november 2010Op 19 en 20 november 2010 waren er weer voorlichtingsdagen op de Universiteit Twente. Hierbij zijn ook foto's gemaakt. Dit is een impressie.
Digital PlaygroundIn July 2010, children aged eight to twelve could be seen chasing one another round the University of Twente's Smart XP lab, while circles and figures were projected on the floor. As they ran around, the children were not just playing, they were actually contributing to scientific progress.
The 'Virtual Storyteller'The 'Virtual Storyteller', developed by Ivo Swartjes of the University of Twente, is a computer-controlled system that generates stories automatically. Soon it will be possible for you as a player to take on the role of a character and 'step inside' the story, which then unfolds on the basis of what you as a player do.

last minute voorlichtingsdag
