Recently Graduated?

Your student mailbox will be active for 100 days after your graduation. After 100 days the account information (username and password) will be transferred to the alumni mail server and your student mailbox will be shut down. The login details for your graduate address are the same as the details you used for your student mailbox.

When you are enrolled for more than one study, you will receive a graduate mailbox after you graduate for the first time. Your student mailbox will also remain active at that moment. Your student mailbox will be shut down when you graduate from your last study. When you graduate from a bachelor study, you will also receive a graduate mailbox.

When your graduate mailbox is made available, you will receive a letter from the alumni office. Please do let us know when you have not received a letter after 100 days.
